Lead the Engineered Products & Services team as a Shop Supervisor in Saint John, NB. Drive efficiency and quality in a hands-on supervisory role that emphasizes mechanical expertise.

We are seeking a capable Shop Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical or industrial services. This position involves coordinated service work, supporting technicians, and maintaining top-tier customer relations. You'll be tasked with managing expectations, ensuring precise quality standards, and enhancing workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily leadership for the Service Department

• Plan and schedule technician workloads effectively

• Supervise skilled technicians and promote safety

• Ensure accurate and efficient service order completion

• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company policies

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role

• Red Seal Industrial Mechanic certification preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
