Stûv America is a subsidiary of Stûv, a Belgian company that designs and manufactures stoves and fireplaces. Founded in 1983, Stûv employs more than 120 people and manufactures more than 15,000 appliances per year, which are distributed worldwide. Stûv America has been working to establish the Stûv brand in America for more than ten years now. A small business in full expansion, Stûv America is looking for new members to complete its team.

The employee performs various tasks on the production line to assemble the products. Versatile, they operate different workstations according to the instructions given by the production coordinator. Their contribution helps the company reach its operational objectives.

• Assemble, modify, and package the products according to the established methods;
• Ensure that production guidelines are followed, to guarantee the company’s lead times and quality standards;
• Carry out other tasks related to the job.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Ability to work in a meticulous and orderly fashion (high level of precision required);
• Resourceful, self-reliant, quick to learn;
• Good physical condition (ability to lift 25kg);
• Forklift licence (an asset);
• Ability to safely handle tools (pneumatic tools, miter saw, drill, rivet gun, measuring tools, etc.) and read an assembly plan.

• Hourly salary between 18,00$ and 20,00$
• Work schedule on 4.5 days:
  Monday to Thursday 7h00 until 16h15, Friday 7h00 until 12h00

• A group RRSP
• A 4-day schedule during the month of July
• Two weeks of summer vacation (second week of construction and following)
