This role is for an experienced Production Manager to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. You will be instrumental in developing multi-skilled teams while promoting accountability and high standards. Key tasks include managing production planning, driving efficiency through Lean Manufacturing, and monitoring production KPIs.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams

• Manage production planning and resource allocation

• Monitor KPIs to achieve quality and delivery targets

• Reduce waste and control inventory costs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Production Manager role

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership

• GCSEs in Maths and English required
