CAA Atlantic is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Membership Marketing & Engagement, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and community engagement. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play an integral role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, member growth, and engagement across Atlantic this role, you will coordinate and support a diverse range of marketing activities-from community event planning and partnership support to digital campaign execution.
You will take an active part in organizing and managing community events that showcase CAA Atlantic's brand values, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and community partners to ensure every detail is delivered seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to the success of regional initiatives through thoughtful coordination of event logistics, venue selection, and onsite support.
You will also collaborate with the broader marketing team to prepare creative briefs, craft engaging content for social media and email marketing, and assist in the execution of seasonal and annual marketing campaigns. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you manage communications, track partnership deliverables, and contribute to project planning across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the planning, logistics, and execution of community events, ensuring all activities align with CAA Atlantic's brand and objectives.
Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and community partners to ensure seamless event delivery, including venue selection, scheduling, and on-site support.
Prepare marketing briefs for email & social media, working with the marketing team to develop engaging content that promotes the brand.
Provide administrative support for partnership activities, including tracking deliverables, managing communications, and assisting with reporting.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for ongoing projects, contributing to campaign planning and execution.
Contribute to project planning and execution for multiple lines of business.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for seasonal and annual campaigns.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or campaign support
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages across channels.
Experience supporting event logistics, community outreach initiatives, or partnership campaigns.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with design tools or content management systems (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Cap Cut) considered an asset.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and community partners.
