Join our dedicated care team as a Resident Care Manager with a focus on nursing excellence. This part-time role emphasizes staff supervision and quality resident care initiatives.

Under the Director of Care's leadership, you will ensure high standards in resident satisfaction and nursing practices. With your background in geriatrics, you will foster team engagement and manage ongoing assessments and care plans for optimal resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Support nursing staff with assessments and care plans

• Supervise, assign, and discipline nursing personnel

• Schedule and manage staff absences effectively

• Act as a role model in clinical expertise

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in long-term care or rehabilitation

• Current RN license or eligibility with nursing boards

• Experience managing in multi-union settings

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
