Position: Saint John RNCA Educator Role
Become a vital part of Horizon Health as a Nurse Educator in Saint John, New Brunswick. Support staff education and enhance clinical competencies within Senior’s Health units.

In the permanent, full-time role of Registered Nurse Class A Nurse Educator eph's Hospital, you will provide crucial training and mentorship to clinical staff. This position encompasses planning, delivering, and evaluating various educational programs tailored to the needs of the Senior’s Health practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational sessions and training for staff

• Facilitate BCLS compliance and GPA sessions

• Assess educational needs with appropriate tools

• Collaborate with clinical teams for quality improvement

• Lead orientation for new employees and support ongoing learning

Requirements:

• Valid RN registration in New Brunswick

• Five years of experience in Geriatric Medicine

• Adult Education certification preferred

• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to accommodate flexible hours and travel
