This position at the Saint John Mercantile Center requires a minimum of 1950 hours of recent Experience. Ideal candidates are registered with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick and possess solid interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of assessment tools. You will participate in the planning and delivery of nursing care while advocating for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care
• Provide case management and counseling services
• Maintain documentation per NANB standards
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans continuously
• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick
• Minimum 1950 hours of recent A/MH experience
• Certification in Mental Health Nursing preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
