In this pivotal role, you will leverage over 15 years of experience in software quality engineering to orchestrate a hands-on quality architecture. Your contributions will include designing test automation frameworks and governance models that ensure reliable, high-quality software releases. You’ll also mentor engineers and represent the organization in industry discussions as a thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the quality architecture vision and reliability targets

• Maintain a governance model for quality standards

• Design scalable automation frameworks for quality assurance

• Incorporate AI solutions into testing processes

• Develop performance models and incident response frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

• 15+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering

• Strong knowledge in testing frameworks and practices

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional standards adoption

• Willing to travel approximately 10%
