Job Summary  The Promotions Associate is responsible for planning and building displays throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day-to-day basis. This role involves store maintenance such as hole checks, stocking shelves, merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities   Ensure the promotional items are placed and priced appropriately in the feature areas.
Execute merchandise layout changes (set-up, maintenance, and removal of displays, signage, etc.).
Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
Maintain the feature ends, side panels, and platform displays by replenishing as required.
Remove stock belonging to a different location and replace damaged or expired items when necessary.
Ensure that retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labels, facing, clean area etc.).
Ensure inventory accuracy, and identify and report low stock levels.
Ensure that product and overstock is placed in the appropriate locations.
Report stolen and damaged goods to Management.
Assist in meeting store audit performance requirements.
Complete necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills   No experience is required! – We will provide all the training you need!
Ability to complete detail-oriented tasks according to instructions
Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
Strong computer and organizational skills
Result-oriented and customer-oriented
Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
