Become the Store Manager for Northern Reflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo, leading a team committed to empowering women through fashion. Drive sales and cultivate a team-focused culture.
In this role, you will report to the District Manager and be responsible for the overall success of store operations. Your leadership will focus on achieving financial goals through exceptional customer experiences and robust team development. You'll prioritize recruitment and training to build a passionate workforce committed to the brand.

• Improve store performance via strategic financial oversight

• Oversee visual merchandising and promotional standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in retail management

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets

• Proven leadership and people management experience

• Solid grasp of retail KPIs and performance metrics

• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
