Job Summary
The Promotions Associate is responsible for planning and building displays throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day-to-day basis. This role involves store maintenance such as hole checks, stocking shelves, merchandising and customer service.

- Ensure the promotional items are placed and priced appropriately in the feature areas.
- Execute merchandise layout changes (set-up, maintenance, and removal of displays, signage, etc.).
- Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
- Maintain the feature ends, side panels, and platform displays by replenishing as required.
- Remove stock belonging to a different location and replace damaged or expired items when necessary.
- Ensure that retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labels, facing, clean area etc.).
- Ensure inventory accuracy, and identify and report low stock levels.
- Ensure that product and overstock is placed in the appropriate locations.
- Report stolen and damaged goods to Management.
- Assist in meeting store audit performance requirements.
- Complete necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
- Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- No experience is required! – We will provide all the training you need!
- Ability to complete detail-oriented tasks according to instructions
- Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Result-oriented and customer-oriented
- Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
