You will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and providing accurate information about our cannabis products. This role allows you to grow while remaining engaged in important educational efforts.

• Welcome and assist customers in product selection

• Conduct thoughtful consultations to discover customer needs

• Deliver clear and precise product information

• Encourage responsible and safe cannabis consumption

• Maintain ongoing training to build product expertise

Requirements:

• Inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings

• Must be 19 years or older

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
