Position: Head Cashier at The Home Depot

In this role, you will support the Front End Supervisor, motivating associates while maintaining checkout efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to promote positive associate morale

• Maintain efficient checkout lines for optimal service

• Walk front end daily to ensure readiness and execution

• Train and support front end associates in daily tasks

• Uphold safety and cash handling standards across the team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years in retail or cash experience a plus

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience

• Strong interpersonal and attention to detail skills

• Available for flexible work hours, including evenings
