Position: Team Lead for Digital Fulfillment
Take on a leadership role with Walmart as a Digital Fulfillment Team Lead in Saint John, NB. Focus on enhancing customer service and guiding associates toward task completion.

You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, coaching team members, and ensuring a high quality of customer interaction. In tandem with the Digital Fulfillment Coach and Store Management, you will help coordinate daily tasks based on priorities. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a motivated and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with product choices

• Organize and oversee daily operational tasks

• Monitor department presentation and compliance

• Conduct effective team huddles and provide updates

• Maintain safety standards and clean work conditions

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Background in retail customer service is a plus

• Capable of developing training initiatives for team members

• Adherence to safety and policy requirements

Contribute positively to Walmart’s Digital department while leading your team effectively.
