Responsibilities- Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
- Do refunds, help with customer issues
- Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
- Keep the customer service area clean and orderly
- You’ll need to learn about our products and policies.
- Strong mathematical skillsandbasiccomputer system knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a swift-paced environment
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Problem solving and decision making
