Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and DIY solutions
• Provide GAS3 selling experience for all customer interactions
• Achieve personal and store sales goals consistently
• Manage services like testing and battery installations
• Uphold high standards in store appearance and service
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
• Exceptional automotive system knowledge
• Strong communication skills, bilingual a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• ASE certification preferred but not required
