We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel in Saint John, NB. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with team members on Asset Protection initiatives. You will actively respond to alarms, monitor safety hazards, and escalate emergencies, making you an essential part of our customer-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers

• Respond promptly to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks

• Assess and manage safety hazards like spills promptly

• Escalate emergencies or crises when necessary

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills to build team partnerships

• Friendly and calm under pressure

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• First Aid and CPR certified is an asset
