You will communicate regularly with facility clients to address their needs, monitor incident reports, and ensure all sites meet safety and contractual standards.

Over time: Success means building a steady, well-trained team of security professionals who feel supported in their roles. You will improve emergency readiness across your assigned sites, maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, and ensure consistent operational quality across the portfolio.
