On-Site Tool Trailer Coordinator

Position: On-Site Tool Trailer Coordinator Role
Take charge as a Tool Trailer Coordinator for United Rentals, overseeing tool operations during 12-hour night shifts. You'll issue tools, conduct inspections, and engage with customers.

In this role, you will manage the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer, including issuing and inspecting tools, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain inventory records will be crucial to your success. This position requires flexibility for a 6-on/1-off shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions and inquiries

• Record and track tools in Total Control system

• Assist with trailer mobilization at customer sites

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the trailer

• Communicate tool supply needs with customers and management

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Knowledge of tools and their applications

• Must be self-motivated and a team player
