As an ERS Technician, you will handle vehicle towing, offer roadside assistance, and maintain a customer-oriented service approach. You'll thrive in this hands-on role, providing solutions ranging from tire changes to battery boosts whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe towing services to CAA members

• Deliver roadside assistance including lockouts and fuel delivery

• Support battery testing and installation services

• Communicate effectively with Members and Dispatch

• Maintain tools and company vehicle in prime condition

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and Air Brake endorsement

• Strong mechanical aptitude and vehicle experience

• Excellent customer service skills under pressure

• Flexible availability for shifts, including holidays

• Positive, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude
