Bay Ferries Limited is seeking a qualified Deckhand to support the Fundy Rose route. This position requires a Bridge Watch Rating Certificate and experience in the passenger ship industry. You’ll work on a schedule that balances one week on, one week off, while maintaining safe operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all deck operations on the ferry

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during voyages

• Collaborate effectively with the crew

• Uphold safe operational practices on board

• Complete required training as per guidelines

Requirements:

• Bridge Watch Rating Certificate required

• Experience in the passenger ship industry

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Valid CDN number and marine medical certification

• MED - STCW's certification mandatory
