Position: Data Center Operations Technician - Safety Focused Role
Become a key contributor at OSCO Construction Group as a Data Center Operations Technician. This position centers on driver telematics, safety coaching, and field presence to optimize driver safety.

You will act as a subject-matter expert in fleet telematics and coach drivers through structured reviews and timely interventions. Your responsibility for developing training programs and analyzing performance data ensures continual improvement in driver safety. Working closely with Operations teams, you’ll build credibility and foster trust to enhance the safety program’s effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create driver scorecards to track performance metrics

• Partner with Operations to refine safety initiatives

• Conduct coaching sessions based on data-driven insights

• Oversee post-incident reviews and action recommendations

• Deliver ongoing driver safety training in the field

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial driving environments

• Strong understanding of telematics and safety protocols

• Proven coaching and communication skills

• Experience in incident investigation preferred

• Willingness to travel to job sites regularly
