In this role, you report to the Operations Manager and are responsible for efficient service delivery to both commercial and industrial customers. Familiarity with local roads and a commitment to safety protocols are essential, along with strong organizational skills. Flexibility in your schedule allows for coverage of various routes and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate waste collection vehicles

• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and the Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Ensure punctual service for commercial and industrial clients

• Assist with residential collection routes as needed

• Uphold excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Class 3 Driver’s License is mandatory

• Clean driving record with no preventable incidents

• Strong organizational abilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Positive work ethic and attendance record
