Drive your career forward as a Seasonal Courier with Fed Ex Canada. This position involves secure package delivery and customer service along an assigned route over a temporary 12-week period.
As a Seasonal Courier, you will represent Fed Ex Canada professionally while ensuring safe pick-up and efficient delivery of packages. You’ll be responsible for accurately selecting and inspecting shipments, maintaining compliance with our stringent operational practices, and keeping customers informed about services and requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently deliver and pick-up packages on your route
• Inspect shipments for compliance with Fed Ex Canada services
• Ensure safe loading and planned routing for efficiency
• Seek additional business and report sales leads
• Operate tracking systems and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience
• Bilingual in Quebec (French and English)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Availability from Monday to Saturday
