Position: Warehouse Supervisor with Leadership Focus
Step into a leadership role as a Warehouse Supervisor at Americold, managing receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products while prioritizing safety and quality.
In this role, you will direct and support all warehouse activities for your assigned shift. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in shipments, facilitating communication between shifts, and enforcing safety policies in alignment with OSHA. You will also focus on team performance and engagement through effective meetings and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead unloading and staging of inbound and outbound shipments

• Ensure all operations are free of damage

• Maintain communication between different shifts

• Uphold safety standards and practices within the team

• Document and report employee performance and attendance
Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required

• At least 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software

• Union environment experience is a plus

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
