Step into the Warehouse Lead position at Crossroads C&I in Saint John, NB. Play a key role in our inventory management and operational safety.
As a lead in our warehouse, you will oversee the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring efficiency and quality in all operations. This role focuses on safe equipment operation and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy. Your experience will contribute directly to the team’s success and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory loading and unloading
• Manage stock cycle counts and reports
• Operate warehouse machinery safely
• Ensure all loads are secured to prevent damage
• Lift and manage physical inventory tasks up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver’s license when operating a vehicle
• Ability to use scanning equipment effectively
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage
