In this role, you will support financial advisors and their clients by providing administrative and client service expertise, ensuring account administration and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities You’ll support Advisors with account administration, documentation, and order processing activities
You’ll communicate regularly with clients and Advisors to address inquiries and provide timely updates
You’ll manage incoming requests across multiple communication channels while maintaining a high standard of service
You’ll research and resolve escalated client concerns, recommending effective solutions when needed
You’ll adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
You’ll maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards
Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of client service experience within financial services, wealth management, or the mutual fund industry
Post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work
