Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies for production assembly and testing

• Communicate with project managers and quality assurance teams

• Review product designs for manufacturability continuously

• Develop and implement efficiencies in production technologies

• Analyze production performance indicators for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar

• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing engineering

• Fluent in both French and English

• Demonstrated coaching abilities and leadership skills

• Strong project management capabilities and decision-making abilities
