Supply Chain Manager at TYCROP

Lead the supply chain operations at TYCROP Trailers Inc., prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on procurement, inventory, and leadership within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure materials are available on time and at the best cost while managing both procurement and warehousing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated supply chain strategies for cost and delivery

• Lead sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management

• Ensure material availability for production schedules

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing

• Demonstrated experience with technical purchasing and sourcing

• 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably with unionized staff

• Strong understanding of supply chain systems and ERP platforms
