Priority Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for hospice care in Michigan. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating end-of-life strategies to meet patient and family needs with a holistic approach.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, ensure pain and symptom management, and educate families while maintaining our standards of care and service. This is a part-time position within the Hospice West department.
