Description
St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking a friendly detail-oriented, organized and mission-driven Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our parish office. This role would be someone who embodies hospitality to welcome visitors and parishioners with warmth and professionalism. This is a full time position averaging 35 hours per week.
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher) and basic office technology.
Familiarity with Catholic parish life, sacraments and liturgical seasons.
Practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred but not required.
