Project Manager Social Change Institute St. Joseph, MO

We don't need a Project Manager who knows everything, just one who knows Active Listening and isn't afraid of Leadership, here at Social Change Institute. Backed by 8 years of general experience, you'll own key initiatives, partner closely with the team, and earn $86,000 - $125,000.

• Build the Adaptability habits a manager role can lean on for years
• Hold St. Joseph vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Leave every general system a little better than you found it
• Bring 8 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
• Pair Work-Life Balance fluency with the patience to explain it plainly

• Demonstrated knack for making the ambitious feel manageable
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, bias-to-action environment
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions

Social Change Institute has become the unfussy name general buyers across MO bring up when someone asks who actually knows Attention to Detail. A manager title opens doors here, but earning real trust is what keeps them open.

We provide $86,000 - $125,000, a wellness budget, retirement matching, and clear milestones for moving up to the next manager.

Your Attention to Detail deserves a stage bigger than your current one, and Social Change Institute has it.
