Represent MoWest during campus tours and prestigious events for the Office of Admissions.
Essential Duties- Greet prospective students and guests.
- Give campus tours during the week with occasional Saturdays.
- Transport students to and from meetings.
- Data entry.
- Prospective student outreach.
- Assist the Office of Admissions and university administration with special events such as Discover More At MoWest, Commencement, college fairs, etc.
- Prepare materials for prospective students.
- Social media/student influencer responsibilities, if applicable.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Office of Admissions staff.
- MoWest Student.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 at the time of application and throughout the performance of the role.
- Must be a part-time or full-time degree-seeking student.
- Not currently on academic or disciplinary probation.
- Must be in good standing with MoWest and the St. Joseph community.
- Must be able to serve as a positive role model for Missouri Western, both in person and online.
- Demonstrated ability to treat colleagues with kindness and respect, and work as a team.
- Demonstrated public speaking skills in both one on one and group settings.
- A positive attitude.
- Displays a willingness to work with others.
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
