Van-Am Tool & Engineering is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with Poly Works expertise to join our Quality Assurance team in St. Joseph, MO

• Create, edit, and maintain CMM programs in Poly Works.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) to AS9102 requirements.
• Apply GD&T and blueprint interpretation to ensure part compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
• Maintain CMM calibration and manage the program library.

• 2+ years of CMM programming experience (Poly Works preferred).
• Strong metrology and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
