This is a great opportunity for a seasoned structures professional to grow client relationships and develop projects from design through construction.

Responsibilities

This role will focus on delivering client solutions and will take a hands-on role in the design and specification development of bridge structure projects primarily located in Missouri where our clients are situated, including both public and private entities.

Assignments will involve assisting in the analysis, conceptualization, design, and construction of projects involving bridge structures.

The successful candidate can expect to have regular interaction with clients and other consultants including architects and civil engineers.

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering, Structures emphasis; PE designation preferred but not required.

5 or more years of experience in the design of bridge structure projects in the United States.

Leadership/project management skills a plus.

Strong history of successful project performance skills.

Experience must illustrate progressive growth in skills development and responsibilities in project assignments.

Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills as this position interacts with individuals of diverse backgrounds: non-technical clients, architects, design technicians, civil engineers, the general public, developers, administrators, municipal leaders, and staff.

Must be a proven problem solver, team-oriented, and a solid individual contributor.

Demonstrated ability to keep projects on scope, on budget, and on time.
