Customer Service Rep, Casino, Gaming Manager, Security Manager
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Collect bets and pay winning wagers.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with $500 loss limit in accordance with Missouri Gaming regulations.
- Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager.
- Meet job attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to successfully complete a math basics test and display adequate gaming skills. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.
