• LPN IV Certified – Surgical Associates clinic
• Full‑time, day shift
• Sign‑on bonus available
• Pay: $21.67 – $34.67 per hour

• The clinic LPN administers quality patient care according to established standards and may delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel.
• This position works under the supervision of the Clinic Manager and the direction of the provider and/or Clinic RN.
• It may be required to work in other areas, depending on staff skills and patient acuity.

• Greets and prepares patients for provider examination and treatment; performs general nursing care.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Assists provider with procedures and properly maintains equipment before and after procedures.
• Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, or military equivalent.
• LPN IV certification, State Licensure and/or Compact state licensure required at the work location.
• IV certification required upon hire or within one year.
• Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license if required to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes.
