The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for daily F&B operations.

- Employment hiring process.
- Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures.
- Administer and enforce inventory controls.
- Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports.
- Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine, and beverage supplies.
- Maintain proper sanitation and Health department standards.
- Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate supervisor and any Manager.
- Ensure proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards are followed and maintained.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.
- Meet job attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Minimum three years of experience managing a high-volume food operation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
- Excellent employee and customer skills are essential.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Must be able to get along with co‑workers and work as a team.
- Must present a well‑groomed appearance.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
