Shipping Warehouser - 3rd Shift
Location: St. Joseph, MO (Distribution Center – DC)
Pay: $25.42/hr, with wage progression per the collective bargaining agreement. Paid weekly on Fridays.
Shift Differential: 3rd shift: +$2.00/hr weekend shift: +$0.29/hr shift: 3rd Shift (11:00pm–7:18am). Overtime may be required. Benefits start Day 31.

- Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying quantity and performing incoming inspection functions.
- Load finished batteries and other materials to trucks for transport.
- Supply production lines with necessary materials and move finished product, raw materials, parts, and packing materials to various plant locations.
- Keep warehouse and yard storage orderly to maximize space usage, and perform daily production cycle counts as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to operate a power forklift truck.
- Ability to operate a stand‑up truck (desired, not required).
- Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving batteries between 50‑70 lbs.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Working knowledge of an inventory scanning system (desired, not required).
- Ability to operate banding and wrapping equipment (desired, not required).
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varied shifts as needed.
- Must be able to wear required PPE (uniform, safety shoes, glasses, earplugs).
- U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (no sponsorship available).
Our St. Joseph, Missouri Distribution Center plays a key role in the packaging, storage, and shipment of Clarios batteries. The facility employs more than 300 people and operates six days per week, fostering a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and recognition while engaging in community initiatives and events.
