Van-Am Tool & Engineering is hiring motivated individuals for General Labor positions in our St. Joseph, MO manufacturing facility. This onsite role offers competitive starting pay of $18–$20 per hour with the stability of full-time schedules. Multiple shift options are available:

• Day: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Thurs (4 days)
• Evening: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon–Thurs (4 days, +$2/hr)
• Night: 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM, Mon–Thurs (4 days, +$2/hr)
• Weekend: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Fri–Sun (3 days, +11% differential)

As a General Labor team member, you may work in the Press Room, Powder Coating, Sandblasting, or Laser operations. These areas give you the chance to learn multiple aspects of metal manufacturing and develop skills that can carry you far in your career.
