• LPN IV Certified - Medical/Surgical (Weekend)

• Part Time Status
• Night Shift
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• Pay: $21.67 - $34.67 / hour

This position works under the direction of the RN and/or Provider. Administers quality patient care according to established standards. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients. Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers.
This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

• Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings.
• Updates and implements the plan of care.
• Reinforces patient teaching and family education.
• Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications including intravenous fluids and medications.
• Collaborates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree from an accredited school of practical nursing or military equivalent is required.
• LPNIV - Lpn Iv Cert in the State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location. Clinical BCLS - Basic Life Support for 90 days.
• 1 year of Hospital setting.
