Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN – Day Shift
Join the Carriage Square Rehab & Healthcare Center – St. Joseph, MO as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents.
Base Pay Range$30.00/hr – $32.00/hr
About the FacilityCarriage Square Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are currently hiring LPNs to join our dedicated clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care.
Available Shifts8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts.

Job Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Create and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Record and monitor patient history and vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.)
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians, reporting any changes or updates in condition
