We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse/RN (WCC, WOCN) to join our dedicated team.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call rotation every 3rd weekend.

• Provide direct nursing care following healthcare policies, procedures, and Missouri state regulations
• Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
• Monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately
• Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments
• Provide education to CNAs and nurses on wound care and prevention
• Perform medication administration, documentation, and oversee residents’ care

• Wound care experience required
• Certification (WCC, WOCN) preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1–3 months related nursing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
