Location:

St. Joseph, MO facility. Onsite required; local candidates preferred.

Approximate hourly pay: $16.50/hour. This is a good faith estimate; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

Position is assigned to either the dog or cat department.

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts, Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties of facilities
• Assist with feeding pets (placing, retrieving and cleaning food bowls)
• Perform limited grooming as necessary
• Assist with exercise and socialization for pets
• Report to veterinary staff sick pets or unusual behavior observed in cats or dogs
• Report to the Manager any broken or damaged equipment, items or physical areas
• Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment and practice safety in the workplace

Additional duties as assigned

General supervision received from the Supervisor

• Able to work part time, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Good interpersonal, communication, organization, and math skills
• Computer literacy

• Some Animal Handling Or Grooming Experience Preferred

Note:

This contract position provides services to Nestlé in the USA on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. Contractors are hired through Nestlé’s third-party staffing partner.
