• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership; apply insights to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor using priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing during clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up, adhering to applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for the duration of shift.
