Store Manager Full Time – Palm Beach Tan

Join our team as a full‑time Store Manager. We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to represent our brand, develop high‑performing sales teams, increase profits, and enhance both customer and employee satisfaction.

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees
• Meets sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal steam requirements

• Establishes rapport with customers, building loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team‑based environment.

Investigates and resolves customer ceaven remotely promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses, and performs all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguards and accounts for all money received and meets banking requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a retail / customer service environment
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively influence others
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
