NPG Stations is looking to grow our team right here in the St. Joseph market.

This is a dynamic, outside sales role where you will manage an established book of business while actively prospecting new partners. You’ll work directly with local business owners to design powerful, multi-platform campaigns using TV and digital marketing solutions.

• A background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and time management capabilities.
• Experience in advertising or media sales is a definite plus, but a relentless work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and acceptable driving/background record.
