Yellow Frog Graphics is a premier provider of custom vehicle graphics and wraps. We are looking for a Sign Installer. Must be well versed in all forms of wall signs and pole signs with welding/torch experience and have a good understanding of various building construction situations pertaining to mounting methods and routing wiring.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation of interior and exterior signage at customer locations as specified.
- Work closely with Production Manager to review upcoming jobs, track timing schedules and coordinate the installation trip(s).
- Assist with on-site signage inspection and sign measuring tasks.
- Load and transport signs, tools and materials to the location safely.
- Prepare the site for installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure, and securing the electrical connections.
- Ensure effective measurement, placement, connection and installation of the sign.
- Welding. (MIG, TIG and Aluminum)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and keep company equipment in good order.
- Maintain and wear all required personal protective safety equipment.
- Other duties assigned by management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to operate simple to complex tools and heavy-duty machinery.
- Requires the ability to work at heights using and ladder or mechanical/aerial lift.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing and ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days of employment.
- 2+ years of sign installer experience required.
- Experience operating aerial lift truck.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.
- Keen attention to detail, strong work ethic and a great attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
