- Work closely with teammates to provide excellent service and installation to our customers in their homes and on their jobsites.
- Work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
- Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
- Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
- Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
- Preserve safe and clean work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and organizing all areas.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to work sites.
- Knowledge of garage door installation experience a plus.
- Experience operating forklift and other equipment including scissor lifts, and hand tools including drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Ability to load and unload heavy material on/off truck, and to extend arms above head for prolonged periods of time during garage door installations.
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co‑workers through effective verbal and written communication and a “customer first” mindset.
