The Salvation Army Independence Corps is seeking a Case Manager for the Pathway of Hope program to coordinate social services, assess eligibility, and guide families with minor children toward housing stability and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities include outreach, intake, case planning, home visits, referrals, documentation in SIMS, collaboration with staff, and delivering strength-based support while maintaining client confidentiality.
